 g gathering and discussion of critical questions on health and well-being\,
  illness and care for our diverse St Louis community.</div><p>On Saturday\,
  February 25\, 2023 the<a href="https://humanities.wustl.edu/medical-humani
 ties-minor" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener"> Medical Humanities P
 rogram</a> and the Center for Race\, Ethnicity & Equity will co-host a <str
 ong>Forum on Medicine\, Race\, and Ethnicity in St Louis\, Past to Future</
 strong>. The event is sponsored by the Office of the Provost as part of the
  <a href="https://hereandnext.wustl.edu/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer n
 oopener">Here and Next</a> strategic initiative\, and enjoys support from t
 he Center for the History of Medicine at Washington University Medical Scho
 ol\, the Institute for Public Health\, and the WashU & Slavery Project.</p>
 <p>Along with a keynote address by <a href="https://nephrology.wustl.edu/pe
 ople/will-ross-md-mph/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Dr. Will 
 Ross</a>\, Associate Dean of Diversity at Washington University School of M
 edicine\, 22 speakers\, including scholars\, public health leaders\, artist
 s\, and citizens of St. Louis\, will take part in six moderated panels list
 ed below:</p><ul><li>The History and Legacy of Pruitt-Igoe</li><li>The Hist
 ory and Legacy of Homer G. Phillips Hospital</li><li>Questions of Health an
 d Wellbeing in the St Louis Latin American Community</li><li>Bodies at Risk

 ing in the St Louis East Asian Community</li><li>Activist and Reparative Ar
 t</li></ul><p>This is a public-facing event and all members of the universi
 ty and broader St Louis community are welcome. It is free of charge and we
