Celebrating Black Joy and Healing with Wellness Practices\, mindfulness and yoga\, led by The Collective STL. The Collective STL is a vibrant group of Black yoga and wellness instructors\, fully committed to improving the health and wellbeing of Black communities in St. Louis.
In addition to the 7:30 a.m. session\, an afternoon session of this program will be held at 5:30 p.m.
