This discussion will focus on specific exa mples of gender bias in work and learning environments. We will discuss th e impacts of these biases on women at both the individual and institutional level. The session will conclude with strategies and tactics for practici ng allyship and shifting cultural norms to value the perspectives and contr ibutions of women.
