 cious Bias (This is onsite training)</strong></p><p>Unconscious Bias – Faci
 litators provide experiential activities that align with materials from the
  American Association of Medical Colleges (AAMC) to demonstrate how unconsc
 ious bias is something that every individual holds.  The goals of this inte
 ractive training is to highlight the concept of unconscious bias\, how it i
 nfluences individuals on a daily basis\, and provides tangible tools for mi
 tigating unconscious bias.</p><p><strong>How to Register: </strong> Registr
 ation must be completed by logging into <a href="https://wustl.sabacloud.co
 m/">https://wustl.sabacloud.com/</a>  and selecting HR - Diversity & Inclus
 ion 2.0\, course number 00006221 and class ID number 000062490.</p><p><stro
 ng>How to attend the training: </strong> This is an onsite training.  Pleas
 e remember to sign the log when entering the physical training location to 
 be awarded credit for attending. Please arrive to the room within 15 minute
 s of start to receive credit for completing the training.</p><p><strong>Wha
 t to do after training is completed:  </strong>After the training has been 
 completed and the completion update is made by the Office of Diversity\, Eq
 uity & Inclusion\, learners receive a system generated Email from <em>Washi
 ngton University Learn@Work.  </em>The Email contains a link to the evaluat
 ion. Complete the evaluation as soon as you can to avoid action messages of
  “<em>in</em> <em>progress\, pending action or “incomplete”</em> in your Pl
 an that is not associated with the training\, but the evaluation. Please al
 low at least five days for us to update your completion status for this tra
