Unconscious Bias – F acilitators provide experiential activities that align with materials from the American Association of Medical Colleges (AAMC) to demonstrate how unco nscious bias is something that every individual holds. The goals of this i nteractive training is to highlight the concept of unconscious bias\, how i t influences individuals on a daily basis\, and provides tangible tools for mitigating unconscious bias
How to Register: Regis tration must be completed by logging into https://wustl.sabacloud.com/ and selecting HR - Diversity & Inclu sion 2.0\, course number 00006221 and class ID number 000057872. The regis tration expiration for this training is beginning of business day 03/21/202 2.
How to attend the training: This is virtual trai ning and conducted in Zoom. Please ignore any links from SABA to join this training. The Zoom link will be sent to registered learners before March 28\, 2022.
What to do after training is completed: After the training has been completed and the completion update is made by the Office of Diversity\, Equity & Inclusion\, learners receive a system ge nerated Email from Washington University Learn@Work. The Email co ntains a link to the evaluation. Complete the evaluation as soon as you can to avoid action messages of “in progress\, pending action or “incomplete” in your Plan that is not associated with the training\, b ut the evaluation.
