Diversity & Inclusion 2.0 - Uncons cious Bias (This is a virtual training)

Unconscious Bias – F acilitators provide experiential activities that align with materials from the American Association of Medical Colleges (AAMC) to demonstrate how unco nscious bias is something that every individual holds.  The goals of this i nteractive training is to highlight the concept of unconscious bias\, how i t influences individuals on a daily basis\, and provides tangible tools for mitigating unconscious bias.

How to Register:  Regi stration must be completed by logging into LearnatWork and selecting HR - Diversity & Inclusion 2.0\, cours e number 00006221 and class ID number 000057855.  The registration expirati on for this training is beginning of business day 01/26/2022.

How to attend the training:  This is a virtual training and condu cted in Zoom.  Please ignore any links from SABA to join this training.  Th e Zoom link will be sent to registered learners before January 28\, 2022.

What to do after training is completed:  After the tr aining has been completed and the completion update is made by the Office o f Diversity\, Equity & Inclusion\, learners receive a system generated Emai l from Washington University Learn@Work.  The Email contains a lin k to the evaluation. Complete the evaluation as soon as you can to avoid ac tion messages of “in progress\, pending action or “incomplete” in your Plan that is not associated with the training\, but the evalu ation.
