Commitment – The goal of this training is to provide lang uage to address discrimination without shaming others\, but rather fosterin g inclusion. We accomplish this goal through interactive media\, positive\ , response techniques\, and activities that encourage empathetic understand ing through exploring real life identities.
How to Register: Registration must be completed by logging into https://wustl.sabacloud.com/ and selecting HR - D iversity & Inclusion 3.0\, course number 00006222 and class ID number 0000062491.
How to attend the traini ng: This is an onsite training. Please remember to sign the log when entering the physical training location to be awarded credit for atten ding. Please arrive to the room within 15 minutes of start to receive credi t for completing the training.
What to do after training is c ompleted: After the training has been completed and the completio n update is made by the Office of Diversity\, Equity & Inclusion\, learners receive a system generated Email from Washington University Learn@Work . The Email contains a link to the evaluation. Complete the evaluatio n as soon as you can to avoid action messages of “in progress\ , pending action or “incomplete” in your Plan that is not associated w ith the training\, but the evaluation. Please allow at least five days for us to update your completion status for this training.
