Why did you choose WashU for your residency?
WashU has it all! Exceptional clinical training. Unparalleled research and academic experiences. A diverse patient population with complex health and social needs, and opportunities to advocate for them both within and outside of clinical medicine. By the time I finish residency at WashU, I am certain that I will be able to pursue whatever career path I choose confidently and independently.
What do you like best about being a resident at WashU?
OB/GYN residency is challenging, and WashU is no exception. I would not be able to survive without my amazing co-residents! They go above and beyond to support, teach, and embolden each other both in and outside of the hospital. I am so inspired by their grit, grace, and passion! And they’re pretty darn fun too!

What do you do outside of work?
I love spending time with friends and family doing just about anything – enjoying cuisines from all over the world (especially spicy foods), walking/playing/laying in the park, hiking, biking, and hanging out in my co-resident’s backyard (just to name a few)!
