On August 6, Members of the C.A.R.E Clinic team and OBGYN Community Engagement participated in the CareSTL Health Project O Awareness Walk where they provided information, education, and resources for participants who may be affected by the opioid epidemic.
C.A.R.E. stands for Clinic for Acceptance, Recovery & Empowerment. The service provides comprehensive, compassionate maternity care and postpartum support for pregnant individuals with opioid and other substance use disorders.
