Residency

Why did you choose WashU for residency?
As a medical student at WashU I loved working with the OBGYN residents! The warm, welcoming environment really allowed me to feel at home and pushed me to continue to explore my passions. In the end, WashU had everything I was looking for: an incredibly diverse patient population, unparalleled research opportunities and great training with supportive faculty and fellows.

What are you looking forward to the most by being a resident here at WashU?
I’m really excited to connect with my co-residents and watch us all continue to progress as physicians!

Personal

Hometown: Guaynabo, PR

What do you do outside of work?
Outside of work I love to spend time with my husband and our beagle Gracie, exploring everything St. Louis has to offer including the great food scene and incredible parks.

We know it’s early, but do you have any fellowship plans for after residency?
Currently leaning towards MFM fellowship but definitely keeping an open mind!
