COVID and Caregivers: The Pandemic’s Effect on Women | Hosting Department: DBBS

12:00 p.m.-1:00 p.m.
Zoom (Virtual)

Join DBBS Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion and Student and Alumni Affairs to discuss how the pandemic has disproportionally affected women and caregivers:

-Gendered domestic responsibilities

-Domestic and sexual violence

-Loss of work and pay

We will be discussing these realities through an intersectional lens that seeks to understand how race, class, gender, and other social identities influence lived experiences. Please note, there will be brief pre-work for this program. Additionally, we will be creating an active learning environment and ask all participants to have access to their cameras and microphones.

We ask that you register tinyurl.com/DEISAAWebinar5

for the event by Sunday, March 21st at midnight.
