Educational Objectives: Summarize recommendations for fertility preservation counseling and discuss the importance and challenges in developing a multidisciplinary team; Explain fertility preservation techniques available to pre-pubertal and post-pubertal female patients prior to gonadotoxic therapies; Evaluate the currently available data regarding ovarian tissue cryopreservation and subsequent re-transplantation for the purpose of fertility preservation; Discuss the general state of fertility preservation in our region and institution.
