WUSM 2.0 Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Open Session (On site)

Diversity & Inclusion 2.0 – Unconscious Bias (This is an onsite training) Masks are required at indoor gatherings for everyone, regardless of vaccination status or the size of a meeting or gathering. Please remain masked throughout the training.

Unconscious Bias – Facilitators provide experiential activities that align with materials from the American Association of Medical Colleges (AAMC) to demonstrate how unconscious bias is something that every individual holds.  The goals of this interactive training is to highlight the concept of unconscious bias, how it influences individuals on a daily basis, and provides tangible tools for mitigating unconscious bias.

How to Register:  Registration must be completed by logging into https://wustl.sabacloud.com/  and selecting HR – Diversity & Inclusion 2.0, course number 00006221 and class ID number 000057879.

How to attend the training:  This is an onsite training.  Please remember to sign the log when entering the physical training location to be awarded credit for attending.

What to do after training is completed:  After the training has been completed and the completion update is made by the Office of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, learners receive a system generated Email from Washington University Learn@Work.  The Email contains a link to the evaluation. Complete the evaluation as soon as you can to avoid action messages of “in progress, pending action or “incomplete” in your Plan that is not associated with the training, but the evaluation.
