The goal of this project is to reduce cervical cancer disparities by implementing and evaluating community-based interventions that enhance access to at-home HPV screening for medically underserved women, particularly those who are Black, have low incomes, or reside in rural areas. This project will test the feasibility of distributing at-home HPV self-collection kits through the SCORE program and partner with Phelps Health, Alton Memorial Hospital, Memorial Hospital Belleville, and Shiloh. The study aims to gather critical data on dissemination strategies, user experience, telemedicine support, and adherence to follow-up care, prioritizing equity and reaching women who are under-screened and disconnected from routine clinical care.
