Jaime Strickland and Emily Diveley completed leadership programs through the WashU Institute for Leadership Excellence. Emily completed the Emerging Leaders Program, and Jaime Strickland completed the Leadership Excellence and Development Program.
This is a 9-month, competitive program for WashU Staff members who manage individual contributors and/or complex initiatives and are seeking an opportunity to better support their direct sphere of influence through hands-on collaboration with others.
