Fellowship

Why did you choose Washington University School of Medicine for your fellowship? The opportunity to work with clinicians passionate about changing the face of maternal healthcare through both direct patient interaction and research in systematic delivery of care.

What impact do you hope to make on the fellowship? I hope to encourage co-fellows, attendings, and residents to be excited about quality improvement research and the impact it can have on patient care.

How will your fellowship training help you make a difference? I believe training at Wash U will give me a top-tier experience in patient complexity and acuity while teaching me to become an independent researcher. I hope to take these skills into my eventual medical practice.

What are your career goals? I hope to practice academic medicine with a focus on maternal diabetes and quality improvement/patient safety.
