Provided by the Division of Clinical Research, the Clinical Research Facilities offers researchers and their patients a secure and convenient location to complete the research process. Proximity to the OBGYN Clinics at the Center of Outpatient Health and the Women and Infants Center at Barnes-Jewish Hospital Parkview Tower makes it an ideal location for conducting multidisciplinary studies.
The Clinical Research Office includes:
- Locked and secure access for PHI to ensure HIPAA compliance
- Locked storage for study supplies
- Conference rooms for study meetings
- Workstations for research staff
In addition to the Clinical Research Office, the Division works within the clinics at the Center for Outpatient Health. Those offices include:
- Parking for study participants
- Patient waiting room, 4 research consult rooms and 4 research exam rooms
- Phlebotomy room and intake area (including scale)
- Portable colposcope, ultrasound and blood pressure monitoring
- CLIA-certified laboratory specimen processing and packing area
- Workstations for research staff
- Drug storage room
- Locked storage for study supplies and PHI
