“The WashU Black Postdoctoral Association (WashU BPA) is an interdisciplinary community of postdoctoral fellows committed to creating, cultivating, and solidifying a protected, inclusive space of advocacy and support.
The mission of the WashU BPA is to enhance the postdoctoral experience at WashU by establishing a sense of unity among Black postdoctoral fellows, serving their needs and concerns, and providing them with career development training, peer-to-peer counseling, and mentorship.”
